As members of the Austrian public accountancy profession we are bound by statutory professional secrecy under § 80 WTBG 2017. Anything entrusted to us in the course of an engagement remains confidential.
Dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
